I see that there is a fire escape being built on the outside of the “Entertainment Centre”. This stair-way connects to the first floor (Upstairs) so perhaps that indicates that health and safety regulations were not fulfilled in the building itself. No doubt there will be another planning application or application for retention of what is already there. Do we know the reasons for the refusal of the “conversion of use of the first floor” aplication?

That is a bit of good news.I presume they will try another application soon.We will have to keep an eye on the planning applications.

Hello,
If you can’t attend the meeting but have a view on the issue of the planning application please add comments here.
My opinion is that what is now being requested is far from what was originally planned.
If there are potential nuisances/problems then we should make them known.

Hello Neighbours,
Unfortunately we have no tidy towns trophy this year.
We finished in 14th position out of well over 60 estates. Still a very good performance. We can improve with some more landscaping, bedding plants, and any other great ideas that can be turned into a reality.
We have improved a lot in a couple of years, everyone can help a little. Congrats to all who have helped so far!!!!

I saw in the Cork Evening Echo today (Wednesday 27th June) that the next Tidy Towns judging will be on the 23rd and 24th July. Is this correct?
