If you feel you can help out with any of the following please let me know, it would be much appreciated. The main ones I think are:

Create an amenity area where the frogs are, maybe by talking with Ballincollig Tidy Towns and Cork Co. Co.

Face-lift on the entrance (left hand side) to the estate

Barbecue that we have in Sep, any help to organise is most welcome

Neighbourhood Watch, there’s a monthly meeting where we are expected to have someone in attendance

Request speed bumps, apparently we need to show the Co. Co. that enough residents are in favour of it. Help required in asking residents.

Get supplementary road painting carried out, can anyone pull string to get this done?

Please encourage people to attend the next agm, which will be early in the year as always. It’s very important that we have enough people there for a binding vote. It is many years since we have had ten or more voting members at the AGM. Please make a special effort to attend when the time comes around.
